Hello everyone, My name is Huyen. I’m 22 years old. I’m from Hanoi, Vietnam. I have worked at Center for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS). When I was a student, I was also the head of Human Resources of Sustainable Development Club (SDC). Over last three years, I has experienced in running social projects that helped improve the lives of less fortunate children and adults in Vietnam.
Ahoj! My name is Manon, i’m French, and i’m volunteer to come in Slovakia in Čadca to teach english and french to children. I choose this project because i like KERIC’s methodology, to teach, like not formal couses but have fun and make some games, to make children study with fun and pleasure.
I also want to improve my English and learn slovak by the way.
Ahoj! Ja sa volám Maria, som z Talianska zo Sirakúz... I'm 27 years old and I am a new volunteer in Keric. I'm going to stay in Cadca for 11 months to teach English and Italian language. I choose this project because I'm interest in teaching and also because it is a great opportunity to meet new people from all over the world, know other cultures, improve my English and maybe try to learn Slovak language :)
I'm sure that this will be an amazing experience.

The 27th of april, KERIC made a big transformation to became the famous school of Witchcraft and Wizardry : Hogwarts. Dumbledore, McGonagall, Filztwik, Snap, Trelawney, Lovegood, Malefoy, Diggory, Longbottom and a lot of mysterious other wizzard were ready to open the door of the school to the new students.
The QuNeCo project, which was supported by the ERASMUS + project, has been running since October 2014. The project creates a partnership between organizations from Europe: KERIC, Slovakia, AHA, Austria, SEEDS, Iceland and YUPI, Portugal, Asia: Wiselinker, China, JRP, India, and Latin America: ICYE, Honduras, BVBP, Peru, SES Foundation, Argentina.
The 18th december 2014, was time for the international christmas of KERIC. From 8 am to the middle of the afternoon, all the rooms were full of children and teenagers, ready to discover a lot of new christmas's traditions.
On Friday 21 November, « Jump into the world » - a festival created by our new team of volunteers took place. Different activities were proposed during this day. The first and biggest one was a game, Conquest of the world, with the collaboration of two schools Komenskeho and Cierne.
The last camp for children from our offer . Furthermore , it was surprisingly met a great group of children 12 to 14 years , we raft Hron from Nemecka to SLIAČ , we visited Kováčová and Banská Štiavnica.
This summer we started immediately after the end of the school year 29.06.2014 on the poppies , which held our first camp . Tips hosts two children. Half were children who wanted to improve in chess and we cooperate with Kysuce chess school , the other half were children who love horses and riding and dedicated to this beautiful sport . At the camp we had a total of 40 children and 8 leaders.
