The QuNeCo project, which was supported by the ERASMUS + project, has been running since October 2014. The project creates a partnership between organizations from Europe: KERIC, Slovakia, AHA, Austria, SEEDS, Iceland and YUPI, Portugal, Asia: Wiselinker, China, JRP, India, and Latin America: ICYE, Honduras, BVBP, Peru, SES Foundation, Argentina. As part of the project, we are trying to create new opportunities for young people from Slovakia to travel and gain volunteer experience in these new countries.

During the project, Kristína and Grétka from Slovakia in India, Adam from Slovakia and Rakel from Iceland in China, Majka from Slovakia in Iceland have already experienced their EVS. Projects are currently underway in Honduras, Peru, and Argentina.

In order for the cooperation to be really long-term, two workers from European organizations go to the project every first month of the EVS. Thanks to the team visits, not only the projects of current volunteers are successful, but we will also be able to better plan cooperation on future volunteer projects.
