During the Erasmus+ supported OUR WORLD project, groups of young people from Kenya, Estonia, Nigeria and Slovakia implemented the following "Small Big Changes" in their community as a result of an ongoing virtual exchange.
This programme started in January 2023 and lasted for 6 months. It was a great opportunity for students aged 15 to 19 to talk to each other and exchange ideas and facts from their daily lives. The theme of this exchange was family.
During this virtual exchange, the young people became aware of "small big change", which is a simple act done to make a (small big) change in their life, in another person's life or even in the life of their community. In order to make these "small big changes", young people will form pairs/groups of SMART Buddies to support each other. In this way, we will stimulate young people's active participation and enable them to have an intercultural and international experience without physical mobility.
