This electronic notebook was created to provide support and contact between organizations and participants. It is intended for participants and organisations involved in a VET mobility project, whether it is a face-to-face, hybrid or virtual project. It is designed as a tool that can support the organisation of the activity so that participants can start their mobility in their country of origin if necessary or continue it from home if the mobility is interrupted for some reason.
More specifically, the main objectives of this tool are
- To support participants and sending and host organisations in the preparation of the activity.
- To foster the link between the three parties (sending and hosting organisation and participant).
- To assist participants and VET organisations in the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities.
- Support the control and monitoring of participants' tasks during hybrid and/or virtual mobility.
- Provide tools for a smooth and successful management of tasks by all parties (sending and hosting organisations and participants).
