The training course of the #ErasmusPlus KA2 project NOMADA that took part in Rascafrías, Spain from March 11 to 20 2024 was a huge success.
During the course, youth workers from MOE, CW Kielce, APMM, and KERIC learnt about Experiential Learning Methodology and how to use it in the nature as a tool that favours the inclusion, diversity and team participation.

We learnt about the importance of reflection and team work. Every team had the chance to show off their skills in facilitation of outdoor activities. Invited guests widened our horizon in survival activities, hiking without sight, orienteering or how to lead an expedition. We experienced Forum Theatre and dealt with problems of discriminations.
