🤔 How are you feeling today? Would you like to take a break from your routine and just think about your emotions, thoughts, or plans?

Is the answer, yes? Great!! 👏 Our volunteers will provide a safe space where everyone can reflect on their inner world in a calm atmosphere.

We will use the art therapy methods to help you realize who you are, what makes you feel uncomfortable, how to deal with it, and will help you visualize your dreams and goals. You don't even need to be an artist.

Diana, Laurène, and Lavinia will facilitate two workshops in March and one in april. In the application, you can choose the one that suits you the best. Or all of them if you want.
